“The training mattered. The account in my own name mattered more.”

Helping women develop knowledge, confidence, leadership, practical skills and opportunities to participate meaningfully in their families and communities.
Training that ends at a certificate does not change a household budget. Where possible ours ends with tools, a first set of customers, and an account the participant controls.
We recognise women as people with God-given gifts, abilities, wisdom, dignity and leadership potential — not as a category to be assisted.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity.”
We publish outcomes rather than activity counts, and we do not publish a number we cannot evidence.
Every story here is recorded on a visit, read back in the person’s own language, and published only once they sign off.
