Character, competence,
compassion, service, accountability.
We ask a great deal of the leaders we train. These are the people who answer for the Foundation, and the same standard applies to them.

Shahid Siddique Gill is a leadership trainer and keynote speaker who has dedicated his life's work to producing a professional and efficient human resource, through workshops on leadership and life skills. He delivers that work through training built on needs analysis, life-coaching sessions, inspirational speaking, motivational seminars and social media, principally in educational institutions and non-profit organisations.
As a trainer he brings together current research, conventional wisdom, philosophy and psychology with audio-visual material, exercises and group activities, all shaped around a training needs analysis rather than a fixed curriculum. He teaches through storytelling. Audiences describe the result as direct and impactful. His stated aim is to increase a person's awareness of their own strengths.
That conviction — that people already carry more capability than they have been told — runs through the Foundation's work as much as his own. It is why our programmes end with participants equipping others rather than with a certificate.

What we ask
of our own leaders.
We teach this in our leadership programmes. It would be worth nothing if it did not bind the people who run the Foundation.
- Act honestly.
- Listen.
- Accept correction.
- Protect vulnerable people.
- Use authority responsibly.
- Develop others.
- Share responsibility.
- Avoid personal glorification.
- Remain accountable.
TODO before launch — add the board of trustees. A leadership page with one person on it reads as a one-man organisation, and trustees are the first thing an institutional funder looks for. Names need their consent. Also consider routing enquiries through a Foundation address rather than a personal mailbox.
