Learn. Grow. Serve. Lead. Equip.
We equip people through education, skills development, mentoring, leadership training and practical service — and then ask them to equip others.
Leaders are servants, not owners of the people entrusted to them.
The sequence matters. Learn: acquire knowledge and understanding. Grow: develop character, confidence, wisdom and practical skills. Serve: use those abilities to benefit others. Lead: take responsibility. Equip: help others develop and become leaders themselves.
Leadership training covers biblical and servant leadership, communication, team building, conflict resolution, project management, strategic thinking, financial responsibility, ethical decision-making, mentoring, emotional intelligence, safeguarding, responsible authority and community development.
“To equip his people for works of service.”
