Reporting a concern
Concerns can be raised in person with any member of staff, by phone to the office, or through the reporting form at /report-a-concern — which can be used anonymously and can be routed to a trustee rather than to staff. Reports are recorded, dated and acted on. Raising a concern in good faith will never be held against the person who raised it.
This page states our commitments. The signed policy document still needs board approval and upload — do not describe it as published until that is done.
